Happy Broussard Edwin "Happy" Broussard has been finding solutions for farmers' and ranchers' real estate and insurance needs for over 35 years. An avid horseman, Happy has owned farms and ranches throughout the south and west in Louisiana, Mississippi, Colorado and Texas. He has owned commercial and registered cattle and horse ranches plus rice, sugar cane, and crawfish farms. In addition to farm and ranch experience, Happy has owned and managed a pine tree plantation, a commercial haying operation and has experience in oil, gas and uranium leases.

Originally from southern Louisiana's Gulf Coast (Cajun Country), Happy attended University of Southwestern Louisiana and Louisiana State University where he played rugby and still holds an intramural track and field record. Happy managed a highly successful insurance agency for many years and served on the board of directors of the oldest bank in Louisiana for a number of years prior to his career in real estate.
