A third generation Coloradoan, Casey Kemp offers his clients more than 25 years of experience in farm and ranch marketing and water issue resolution.
Casey attended New Mexico State University and Colorado School of Mines and began working in farm and ranch real estate in the early eighties. With experience, reverence for the land and respect for the natural resources in the west, Casey earned a reputation for his command of water issues. He specializes in land and water sales and marketing across the western United States and offers his clients expertise in surface and ground water rights, conservation, riparian and wetlands habitat and mitigation, point source acquisition and development.
Casey comes from a long tradition of outdoorsmen and ranchers with an appreciation for the west and preservation of the western lifestyle. He grew up in what is now known as Greenwood Village, Colorado, and spent much of his youth working on the family ranch in Parshall. He was influenced by his father who owned guest ranches, sold ranch property, owned a livestock auction and sold bulls at the National Western Stock Show. A genuine cowboy, Casey participated in bull riding and bareback horse riding at college and PRCA rodeos. He enjoys hunting and fishing and has traveled extensively throughout the west.
His farm and ranch sales experience, extensive water expertise and passion for the western lifestyle allow Casey to provide unequaled client representation. Casey is licensed in Colorado, is a member of Western Stock Show Association (WSSA) and has been involved with or worked for the National Western Stock Show (NWSS) since the age of twelve.
