Water is supplied by 4 shares of Handy Ditch Water, 6 shares of Loveland Ditch Water and 6 shares of Macintyre Lateral Ditch, each water share contributing approximately 7 acre feet of water. The Shop:
Located on the East side of the property, a heated 40 x 72 shop was designed to easily accommodate a large motor home or RV.
