Vulture Ranch lies just outside the charming small town of Wickenburg which is known for its hospitality and unique rustic charm. Located 60 miles northwest of Phoenix at the northern edge of Maricopa County at an elevation of 2,070 feet, Wickenburg enjoys the beautiful Sonoran Desert landscape with mountain views. Wickenburg has approximately 6,300 residents and an economy based in tourism, cattle ranching, agriculture and light industrial. Complete medical services are available at Wickenburg Community Hospital's 15-bed acute care hospital, 30 miles south at the Del E. Webb Memorial Hospital, 48 miles north at Prescott's medical center or at several hospitals in Phoenix. Air travel is convenient at the Wickenburg Municipal Airport, 40 miles southwest in Glendale, 53 miles north in Prescott and 64 miles southwest in Phoenix.

Acreage and Climate:
Situated about 15 miles southwest of Wickenburg and surrounded by 23,000 acres of BLM leased acreage, the 80 deeded-acre Vulture Ranch has scenic views of the Vulture Mountains to the north and Indian Buttes to the south.
