Area:
The area in which the ranch is located is called the Colorado foothills. There are fantastic views from the ranch of the Pikes Peak Range of Mountains. It is considered a highly desirable area to live due to its proximity to Colorado Springs and Denver making it an easy commute into either city for work or shopping. The ranch is only minutes away from all the accommodations of these two cities that are the largest cities in Colorado, but once on the ranch it feels like you are far out in the country.
