Access to the ranch is directly off a hard surface road that is the county line between Douglas and El Paso Counties. The property is in Douglas County, Colorado.

The area in which the ranch is located is called the Colorado foothills. There are fantastic views from the ranch of the Pikes Peak Range of Mountains. It is considered a highly desirable area to live due to its proximity to Colorado Springs and Denver making it an easy commute into either city for work or shopping. The ranch is only minutes away from all the accommodations of these two cities that are the largest cities in Colorado, but once on the ranch it feels like you are far out in the country. The area is very private. The ranch is close enough to the mountains to be only minutes away from all the activities that the mountain areas offer, but it is located at a lower elevation so that the winters are not as cold.
