The Fourmile Draw Ranch is located 45 miles northeast of Cheyenne, near the post office stop of Meriden. About ten percent of the south end of the ranch is in Laramie County with the balance in Goshen County, made up of rolling grass pasture meadows and draws. The ranch has good access and three miles of frontage on US Hwy 85. Consisting of just under 8,000 acres, (7,200 deeded acres and 720 state leased acres). The ranch is perimeter and cross fenced in 4-5 strand barbed wire, with three pastures in excess of 2,000 acres, one 1,000 acres with traps, steel sorting corrals and loading area. The ranch has been used to graze 250 to 350 pair for seven months May through November, subject to the year. There is one 16′ X 24′ new cabin, steel shop, two new wells with pipeline to eight 1,200 gallon tanks providing water in each pasture. Great easy-to-get-to summer grass ranch.
