Westcliffe, the county seat of Custer County, is a rural community of 4,000 residents with a thriving art scene, historical attractions and numerous shops and restaurants. Situated on the east side of the Continental Divide at the south end of the Wet Mountain Valley, Nags Head West Ranch enjoys a four-season climate with good moisture on an average year.
