Pine Creek is an excellent production ranch with stocking rates of approximately 1 cow per 3 acres. The ranch is currently running approximately 200 cow/calf pairs and is set up for rotational grazing aiding in good pasture management. The ranch also produces approximately 300 round bales of Bermuda grass from 1st cutting of fertilized fields.

Pine Creek Ranch offers diverse habitat from fields to timber and with numerous sources of water supplied by creeks and ponds wildlife is plentiful. The ranch offers whitetail deer hunting, feral hogs, goose and duck hunting, dove and quail hunting, teal hunting, and turkey hunting right out your front door. In Red River County, your limit for whitetail is 4 deer with no more than 2 antlerless in all combined seasons.

Whitetail deer season runs from end of September for start of archery season to muzzleloader season in January.
