Location:
The property is located 80 miles northwest of San Antonio, 25 miles north of Uvalde, and 20 miles northwest of Sabinal. The ranch entrance is on FM 127 about 1.5 miles east of Concan, Texas. Concan was settled about 1840 and is comprised of many dude ranches, resorts, lodges, restaurants, dance halls and the Roy Bechtol Golf Course and Country Club. The Garner Field Airport (KUVA) is located 3 miles east of Uvalde and has a 5256 foot runway.

Acreage and Vegetation:
The front part of the ranch has been selectively cleared and is good bottom land. Large pecan trees and oak trees are found throughout the front pasture, along with oats planted by the owners. The back part is very scenic with large rolling hills with deep draws. Blaylock Hollow is a draw that runs through the center of the property. The hills are primarily cedar with large oaks scattered throughout. Brush species include cedar, persimmon, mesquite, white brush, prickley pear, guajillo, mountain laurel and many more.
