4,023 deeded acres plus an 1,800-acre BLM grazing lease provide 5,823 acres of private hunting and recreational preserve approximately 44 miles southwest of the Steamboat Springs ski resort. Elevation on the ranch ranges from 6,500 feet on the river to 8,230 feet at the highest point and varies from the willow and cottonwood riparian corridor to lush meadows to aspen groves and wooded hillside with rock outcrops. The ranch is located in the beautiful Williams Fork Valley, gateway to the Flat Tops Wilderness, which is designated as one of the most scenic areas in Colorado. The ranch is less than 200 miles from Denver via Interstate 70 and Colorado Highway 13. There is good year-round access on a paved County Road 317.
