“Success is no accident. It is hard work, perseverance, learning, studying, sacrifice and most of all, love of what you are doing or learning to do.” ― Pele
Growing up in the shadow of Utah’s Wasatch Mountain Range, Paul had first-hand appreciation for the vast rugged beauty and solitude of nature and dreamed of one day owning a ranch and raising a family there. At the same time, he had another dream of one day becoming a professional athlete to achieve his goals. Recognized for excellence at every junior level, Paul was highly recruited by the Nation’s largest Universities to play football, but in the end he decided to stay close to home and family and attend the University of Utah gaining tremendous experience in winning and work ethic under the coaching of both Urban Meyer and Kyle Whittingham. Having gained enough experience, confidence and recognition by experts and scouts after just three seasons, Paul decided to enter the 2009 NFL draft and was selected by the Baltimore Ravens in just the second round. As a starter on defense for the Ravens for several years and crowning his Baltimore career with the team winning Super Bowl XLVII in 2013, Paul moved on to play with the Cleveland Browns and New Orleans Saints. He excelled as a team captain and a chosen representative of the NFL Players Association before taking an early retirement in 2016 and moving to Scottsdale AZ with his wife Jacqui to start a family and embark on his second career in real estate investment and development. He wasted no time over the past several years by getting involved in the acquisition, disposition and development of personal real estate assets in excess of $40,000,000.
Now full-time in his pursuit of representing the world’s finest ranches, Paul is thrilled to join the world-class team at RMA.
